Rotary Die Cuting Unit (option)

Rotary die cutting (RDC) cylinder is on the bottom. It is fully motorized adjust, with lateral movement 20 mm. Adopt blade height 25.40 mm.
The position of Anvil cylinder in varies of every cutting while simutaneously moving in the rotation direction and longitudinal direction. so the anvils lasts longer. With lateral oscillating movement 40 mm. Adopt quick change type urethane anvil blankets (from USA)
OPTION: STRIPPING UNIT to put in-line and join to the roatry die cutter unit is on option

Folder gluer can accommodate any panel dimension for positive folding.
Sheets are folded sequentially by a pair of upper and lower belts so that they are folded smoothly, quickly and positively.
Folding Bars. Vacuum-drawn though the suction belts of the folding bars which are hollow between their inlet and outlet, sheets are fed securely and folded with higher accuracy. Folding bar positioning is set automatically as preset.

Gluing Unit. Machine aviJable with two glue type. Roll type and Extrusting type. The standard machine is adopted with Roll type. The large diameter glue roll allows positive and uniformed glue apply even at high speed and ease of maintenance. It is OPTION to equip temperature controller device to maintains the optimum temperature changes.
The glue roll positioning is set manually. It is OPTION for glue roll positioning set automatically as preset.
OPTION: "VALCO" Extrusting type is option, together with glue unit automatic positioning set by computer.

European standard electric control system.
Mitsubishi PLC. and touch screen computer for automatic positioning of the folding arms.

Squaring. Sheets folded by the folding bars are squared by the large blower and sheet squaring hopper in the squaring section. Accurate folding is thus accomplished.
Sheet transfer conveyor. Beginning with the bottom one in the squaring section, sheets folded and glued are transferred intact separated from another positively in the downstream and they are counted exactly.
When understacked sheets reach to the pre-set number, the fork instantly come sinto action for the separation. Then, rearpart of separated sheets is supported by kicker’s tip and ejected gently by kicker boby.
Counter Ejector. Sheets are stcked and fed out at the optimum time to match any speed from low to high speeds. Touching sheets softly, the kicker and sheet hold-down rollers keep sheets intact. The understacking system allows for an extremely neat packing system.

Kick Feeder is standard. Option for Lead Edge Feeder. Vacuum suction box assist.
Sectional suction to suit different sheet width. Each suction is individual adjust.
Paper dust is equipped with brusher and powerful helicoidal duster to remove paper dust, to achieve precision printing.
Machine with auto return Zero.

Pre-creasers are provided before the creasers in creaser/slotter unit.
Creaser heads and slotter heads are robust yoked, and moving with linear rolling guide system for precisely position.
All tools for making the box dimension, such as box height, tools intervals, and register can be adjusted by both way of computer and motorized.
Orders can be preset or memorized by computer.

Top printing can be visually inspected of ink effect and change the cliche easily.
Printing cylinder with rapid cliche mounting device for both winding and MATHEWS type.
Standard machine supplied with anilex rolls. (Option for ceramic rolls with extra cost.)
Foot switch control print cylinder rotation to easy the cliche mounting. Installed with emergency stop for safety.
