Bottom Flexo Printer

Lead Edge Feeder

  • A lead edge feeding system composed of one set of belts and suction assistance.
  • Feed with rotating segments and one movement only in the board running direction.
  • Feeding with suction is effective to feed warped board. Sectional suction to suit different board width.
  • Soundproof vacuum fan for suction, with one inventer motor 7.5 kw. vacuum adjustable with pressure gauge.
  • Motorised side guides and front gates adjustment by computer, with linear rolling guide system.
  • Motorised up & down of the front gates adjustment according to board thickness.
  • Motorised backstop adjustment for the rear of the board. Backstop moves according to the board length.
  • Motorised gap of feed rolls adjustment by computer according· to the board thickness.
  • Upper feed roll wrapped with grooved rubber, roll diameter 160 mm. Lower feed roll knurled and hard chrome plated.
  • Rotary brush with a powerful duster 2. 2 kw to ensure cleaning the dust on boards.
  • Units mobile open/close with alarm. pneumatic locking between units.
  • Electric safety clutch for overload of the drive.

Vacuum Transfer

  • A top vacuum chamber with driven transport rollers ensures the transfer and the conveying of the sheet to the printing plate.
  • Setting of the top vacuum chamber for computer according to the board thickness, adjusting range 12 mm.
  • Vacuum transfer advantage features - Protection against flat crush, superior accuracy flat crush, no pull rolls set-up, no pull tape and dry printing.

Stacker

  • Automatic control sheet piling up and down.
  • Front collect stage up/down with motorized control.
  • Max. piling height 1600 mm.

Inking System

  • Hard chromium plated anilox roll and rubber roll with automatic controlled application of the doctor roll.
  • Automatic disengagement of ani lox roll at sheet feeding interruption.
  • Ink detector. A double pump ink flow system with an overflow container for ink feeding.
  • An ink flow detector monitors ink supply and signals low ink supply via alarm.
  • Auto wash system with fast wash-up cycle.

Inking System Option

  • Laser engraved ceramic rolls with rubber roll or with chambered doctor blade.
  • Chambered doctor blade and ceramic anilox roll. It is especially recommended for making fine line printing or screen stereo printing.
  • DUAL INKING SYSTEM. This feature combines the advantages of two inking system by using either the ceramic roll and the rubber doctor roll for standard quality printings or the ceremic roll with chambered doctor blade for superior quality printings.

Creaser / Slotter

  • Creaser heads and slotter heads are robust yoked and moving with the linear rolling guide system, thus enabling high precision positioning.
  • The heads of creaser and slotter will go to the desired position automatically by computer via touchscreen. It include heads intervals, box height and 3600 register. Zero setting.
  • Orders can be preset and memorized by main computer control desk.

Rotary Die Cutter

  • Movable unit on wheels with motorized lengthwise travelling.
  • Pneumatic locking.
  • Automatic gear train timing when unit locking.
  • Computer control of register via touchscreen.
  • Motorised lateral adjustment range +/- 10 mm movement, and holes for cutting die mounting.
  • Quick change anvil blankets DICAR.
  • Motorised 360o register adjustment via touchscreen. Zero setting.
  • Mechanical side oscillation movemevt 40 mm for even distribution of anvil wear.
  • Motorised anvil trimming after anvil wear.
  • Machine speed compensate running after anvil trim.
  • Waste removal at the lower diecut cylinder with a brush.
  • Waste scraps belt below the rotary diecutter for scraps removal out of the machine.

Transfer and Dryer

  • This unit is equipped in front of the rotary diecutter.
  • Features precise transfer and efficient drying of the sheets after the printing operation.
  • It is recommended for high quality printing.

Computer Control Desk

  • Central control desk with computer control for storage of repeat orders.
  • All dates for feeder, primer, dryer, slotter, rotary diecutter can be settled from central control desk.
  • Remote monitoring computer control.
