Lead Edge Feeder

  • Auto feeding with belt type Lead Edge Feeder. Suction hold-down device to aid the feeding of warped board. It is suitable to feed thin board (1 - 3 mm), and corrugated board E, B, C, A & AB flute (1 - 10 mm).
  • Sectional suction to suit different board width. Each suction is individual adjust.
  • Left & right side gauge movement are motorized adjust.
  • Left & right feed gate movement are motorized adjust. Manual up & down feed gate movement adjust according to the board thickness.
  • Skip feed for large board.
  • Upper feeding roller wrapped with grooved rubber Botton feeding roller knurled and with hard chrome plated.
  • Brusher equipped with powerful helicoidal duster to ensure cleaning of the dust on blanks.
  • Machines mobile open / close is motorized control.
  • Pneumatic lock / unlock machines.
  • Electric counter to indicate production volume.

Flexo Printer

  • Top printing can be visually inspected of ink effect and change the Flexo plate easily.
  • Adjustable cliche tensioning device.
  • Automatic inking and washing system.
  • Automatic anilox roll engagement to avoid ink stain, and to prevent the damage on Flexo plate.
  • Standard machine supplied with Anilox rolls. (Ceramic roller is on option with extra cost.)
  • Print cylinder diameter 288.6 mm. Diameter 303 mm include Flexo plate 7.2 mm.
  • Foot switch control print cylinder rotation to easy the Flexo plate mounting. Installed with Emergency stop for safety.
  • 360 degree register motorized adjustment with digital display.
  • It can be adjusted when the machine is running or stop. With auto return to Zero.
  • Print cylinder lateral is manual adjustment.
  • +/- 7.5 mm movement. It can be adjusted when the machine is running or stopped.

Creaser / Slotter

  • All tools for making the box dimension can be adjusted by computer or motorized.
  • Include adjusting of heads intervals, box height and 3600 register. It can be adjusted when the machine is running or stopped. With auto return to Zero.
  • Fixed middle slotting heads.
  • Total 999 orders can be preset or memorized by computer.
  • Holing die device for punching ventilation and portable holes is on option.

Stacker

  • Automatic control sheets piling up and down.
  • Front collect stage up / down with motorized control.
  • Max. piling height 1600 mm.

Rotary Die Cutter

  • Rotary die cutting (RDC) cylinder with diamter 253.22 mm without cutting knife.Knife height should be 25.40 mm.
  • Quick change anvil blankets (from USA).
  • 360 degree register is motorized digital display. It can be adjusted when the machine is running or stopped. With auto return to Zero.
  • Motorized adjust the pressure.
  • Die cylinder lateral is manual adjusting with +/- 7.5 mm movement. It can be adjusted when the machine is running or stop.
  • Anvil cylinder lateral oscillating movement 40 mm.
  • Mechanical differential compensation device, It can ensure diecutting accuracy when the anvil blanket gets shaved, and prolongs the life of anvil blankets.
